Estimator/Project Manager

Due to continued growth, we are actively seeking a Project Manager/Estimator to join our team in Ogden, UT!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Estimate material and labor for construction projects identified by the General Manager
• as good bidding projects.
• Generate estimates for selected projects.
• Assume the role of Project Manager for those projects that have been estimated and have been awarded.
• Serve as the contact person between the Engineer and the General Contractor to ensure that production and delivery schedules are met.
• Work with the vendor to make sure that delivery of the supplies is ordered and delivered to the project as needed.
• Maintain project files in an accessible and well-organized manner.
• Prepare monthly billings and tracks billable labor and material against the bid estimates.

Required Experience/Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year experience working with Quick Bid and On Screen Takeoff
• Minimum of 3 years concrete estimating experience
