ERP Technical Analyst

The ERP Technical Analyst provides technical support to the ERP Applications and is responsible for the infrastructure, interfaces and all technical components of the software. The analyst provides technical support for various operating systems, servers, oracle databases, query tools, programming, project management and change controls. The analyst will also cooperate and work with remote hosting site administrators, software vendors, leaders from various functional areas and other members of the IT division to ensure all technical aspects of the ERP application are properly coordinated and functioning correctly.

One to three years experience in systems analysis with special emphasis on project management and ERP systems. Detailed knowledge of one or more ERP modules (accounting, supply chain, purchasing or HR/payroll); understanding of database structures and ability to use reporting tools such as Crystal or Oracle query builder. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Effective 10/5/2011: Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems or related field required.
