SUMMARY

As an ERP Support Analyst, you will provide User Support, working directly with the application development and end user community to analyzing incidents and events, fulfilling requests, and resolving problems with NetSuite ERP and CRM functionality.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

  • Analyze work submitted through our IT Service Management tool, managing priorities, and providing accurate and timely responses with resolutions and updates to the user community and technical staff
  • Decompose problems that require development into clear User Stories for the develop team to prioritize accordingly, and so that the user community is kept up to date
  • Proactively maintain and enhance the support knowledgebase creating, reviewing, and organizing knowledgebase articles in lockstep with the development release cycle

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

  • Understanding of IT Service Management concepts including incident, problem, event, knowledge, change, and release management
  • Understanding of scrum and agile development methodologies
  • Ability to be a quick problem solver
  • Outstanding client management skills and the ability to work with customers to execute on an implementation plans
  • Excellent communication on both technical and non-technical contexts
  • Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing competing demands
  • Expertise understanding customer and technology needs and decomposing these needs into concise requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Financial, Logistics, and CRM Business Applications required
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar SaaS ERP a plus
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving data, system and performance issues
  • Experience with modern cloud Integration architecture experience with platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Jitterbit, Snaplogic or similar a plus
