ERP Project Lead

Technical competencies:

• Responsible for configuration, support, maintenance and implementation of complex components of Ebusiness Suite project for at least one Oracle Ebusiness module Financials, Procurement, Order Fulfilment, Manufacturing, Human Resources, etc).

• Working knowledge of cross-modular business process and configuration. Knowledge on Business flows like R12 Oracle Order to Cash, R12 Oracle Procure to Pay will be very beneficial.

• Works on problems of relatively complex scope, through general usage of standard programming concepts and principles and application of own judgment.

• Initiate/Participate in Peer reviews, Inter-group co-ordination within the modules of the project, validate/prepare estimates for work in conjunction with the Lead

• Participate in design & implementation discussions with Client (if applicable).

• Internal Status reporting to Module Leader / Project Leader.

• MentorTrain members of project groups as a part of knowledge management activity.

• Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.

• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensures client satisfaction.

• Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity

Recruitment & Onboarding

• WD HCM Functional SME with at least 2 implementation experience
• Overall 8-10 years of experience
• Experience in support / implementation projects in functional capacity HR, Recruitment and Onboarding
• Experience in handling tickets and client interactions
• Experience in designing and implementing the Workday Recruitment/ Onboarding solution for clients in a consulting environment.
• At least 3 years’ experience in working on Workday Recruitment & Onboarding solution and business process configurations
• At least 6-8 years’ experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) system/business processes (PeopleSoft / SAP HCM / etc.)
• Provide recommendations and assist to implement changes to existing business processes and to HCM systems.
• Develop test procedures, test scenarios, and test cases; execute test scripts; and document and communicate the results.
