ERP Consultant

As a consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful business analysis and evaluation of various software solutions. At LTA we are 100% unbiased in our solution recommendations. We recommend and help implement what is best for our client’s business; our main goal is meeting the client’s needs.

This position is an entirely client-facing role that requires travel as needed (depending on your location, it could be up to 75%).

Responsibilities

• Leading business needs assessment and software selection projects, assisting with contract negotiations, guiding clients in organizational change management, and managing system implementations.
• Analyzing business requirements, including conducting interviews with client employees
• Preparing for and managing vendor demonstrations, and presenting recommendations
• Managing the implementation of ERP or other business system software solutions from a functional and organizational change management standpoint
• Managing individual utilization, client schedules, and travel schedules
• Follow our project methodology to ensure successful completion and client satisfaction

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting or technical consulting, with solid and proven project management skills
• 5+ years of experience with ERP or other business software applications, including systems from vendors such as Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Sage, Oracle, SAP, or Epicor
• 2+ years of ERP selection and/or implementation experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Advanced skills with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
• Ability to manage multiple clients, projects and tasks
• Communicating effectively both with internal team members and with clients at all levels
