Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate and work within a cross-functional global team to coordinate and complete a large-scale SAP implementation.
• Responsible for the design, delivery, implementation, configuration, development, value-add opportunities and support of SAP, including any third party applications integrated with SAP.
• Create, analyze, and validate detailed functional specifications.
• Facilitate design sessions to define the solution.
• Analysis of global business processes and procedures implemented in a single instance of SAP business software.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to support business process redesign in line with the SAP solution and technology capabilities.
• Define deliverables according to the SDLC including functional and technical specifications, use cases, test cases, and system documentation.
• Create documentation and training materials and assist with organizational change management, including training of post go-live support team.
• Design test cases to cover business processes and system functions. Run tests, analyze results, manage defects and resolve issues.

Experience

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience at a global organization or in a professional services environment, including at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation.
• Demonstrated experience with project management specifically with large-scale transformation programs involving business and process organization and technology components.
• Ability to formulate and express ideas clearly and effectively in verbal and written presentations.
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP supply chain configuration experience.
• SAP S/4 HANA experience a strong plus.
• Retail experience a plus.
• HPQC experience a plus.
