Epic Training Manager

Epic Training Manager – Permanent Position open at a Georgia based healthcare organization. Please note: this position is a direct hire (FTE) position and not a contractor position.

Core Responsibilities:

Epic Training Manager will lead a team of Principal Trainers that are assigned to enterprise wide systems across the health system. Oversight will include communication from the IT project team to the end users in addition to oversight on all development and delivery of all training program materials.

Targeted Experience and Skills:

• Previous experience working in the capacity as an EMR Systems Training Team Lead or EMR Systems Training Manager required.
• Strong experience with Epic curriculum development and training delivery experience required.
• Previous experience managing/leading other Epic Principal Trainers/Instructional Designers required.
• Experience with training module development with an emphasis on computer/web-based training required.
• Strong team management skills and experience required.
• Knowledge and experience with organizational/HR related guidelines and requirements associated with team management (interviewing, hiring, performance management evaluations, etc.).
