At RAD Development, you will:

• Be an owner of what you build as you architect, test, and refine RAD Development and client projects
• Work on many different projects with many different clients, while facing a huge variety of technical problems
• Help shape our engineering and company culture, while enjoying a high degree of autonomy
• Work with our design experts, project managers and senior developers to understand customer pain points and problems, come up with solutions, and then prototype, iterate and launch frequently
• Be surrounded by individuals who are doing the best work of their lives and loving it
• Learn quickly by working on live client projects and working alongside top-tier developers

Requirements:

• Are passionate about creating memorable experiences for customers and providing top-notch code that directly impacts our customers
• Are humble, teachable and have a hunger for learning more
• Have some experience with Ruby, JavaScript or persistence technologies (Postgres, Redis, etc.)
• Are well-versed in HTML/CSS with experience using CSS extensions like SASS and templating languages like HAML and CoffeeScript
• Can translate technical concepts into something non-technical people will understand
• Are an excellent communicator, whether written, in person, or via video chat (native-level English fluency is required). You know that code is about communication and that explaining yourself clearly goes hand-in-hand.
