Job Description: Entry Level Data Analyst (Excel Specialist)

M-F, 8AM-4PM

Job Duration: 3-6 months

ICM Document Solutions is currently recruiting for several Microsoft Excel Specialist for a customer support project in the Tempe, AZ area.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proficient in Excel * Analytica

l * Problem-Solving * Data Analysis of Document Inventory

• Advanced computer skills and knowledge

• Retrieves/receives, collects from various databases, reviews and enters data into a spreadsheet, computer system or tracking database.

• Attention to detail required.

• Ensures accuracy of all data recorded and verifies that the information is complete.

• Position requires data entry speed, accuracy, confidentiality and the ability to make decisions

• Read source documents and enter data in specific data fields accurately

• Collect, compile, sort and verify the data’s accuracy or completeness before it is entered

• May perform data integrity tasks by locating and correcting data entry errors, or reporting them to supervisors

• Applicants MUST complete an Excel assessment as part of the prescreening process

Job Requirements:

• Advanced Excel knowledge: V-lookup, H-lookup, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.

• Customer Service oriented

• Previous logistic experience preferred

• Strong analytical and math skills

• Attention to detail * Quick learner

*A standard 3 Month Probationary period is in effect with this role. Possible opportunity for Full Time employment status will be reviewed following successful completion of this period.

JOB SKILLS DESIRED (Not Required)

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

• Strong Adobe Acrobat experience, creating & manipulating PDF files

• Experience with customer confidentiality requirements

• Engineering drawing &/or bill of material experience

• Experience in a document control environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Sit for long periods of time at a computer

• Able to lift at least 35 lbs. repetitively

Salary: $13.00 to $16.00 /hour
