Entry Level Business Analyst

A business Analyst will work independently in a team environment to plan activities, track performance, and facilitate improvement for delivery of project services.

Internally partner with support areas such as Human Resources, Training and IT to ensure the department is aligned with core Chiltern values and that global processes are being followed. Operationally partner with the client management team to ensure that Chiltern and client are aligned to the goals for each biometrics relationship.

Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and two to four years of related experience.

Experience gathering and producing requirements documentation.

Great organization and prioritization skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience with the software development life cycle.

Experience working with software application users.

A desire to take initiative and a team-oriented approach to ensure success for the team and customer.

Comfort working in an Agile Scrum environment.

Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance. Qualifications

Desired Qualifications :
Experience with the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.

Comfort level with SQL.

Experience troubleshooting application data discrepancies and other system-related issues.

Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.

I nterest in and/or comfort with presenting to an audience.

Active Secret Clearance.

Preferred GC’s, US CITIZENS, TPS-EAD, ASYLUM-EAD.
