Entry Level Business Analyst

Job Description
We will provide free online training and placement for Business Analyst. The BA will evaluate opportunities to further leverage upstream and downstream systems, The BA will interact with various other key stakeholders including middle office, legal, compliance, data management, and tax teams to ensure an integrated approach is designed.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a detailed analysis of the utilization and benefit of mortgage servicing technology platform and provide recommendation on key areas to further leverage within the system;

• Identify syner gistic opportunities between upstream and downstream systems such as TreppPort and our advanced ETL infrastructure to alleviate duplicative processes and procedures both across and within the mortgage servicing team;

• Develop a streamlined process flow ba sed off of both technology and industry expertise;

• Document the business need in a variety of formats: Business Requirements Document (BRD), Data Mapping Spreadsheets, Use Cases, User Stories;

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters Degree

• University degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or other related disciplines, required.

• Strong Communication & Technical skills

• Responsible, dependable, quick learner

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technology

• Preferred willingness to relocate nationwide in the US for projects.
