Entry Level Business Analyst

Job Description

We will provide free online training and placement. The Business Analyst will monitor key metrics used to determine trends that will impact customers, act as an escalation point for customer issues and concerns, and work with product/​development in evaluating defect priorities that impact customers.​ The Business Analyst collect data on each issue facing customers and work to provide financial valued/​impact on issue raised by customer.​

Responsibilities:
Develop project scope, schedule, and requirements; and generate technical documents for developers to execute

Act as professional liaison between executive project management and development team

Generate cost/benefit analyses and business impact analyses for executive leadership

Responsibly set up and host regular conference meetings between relevant developer and project management teams to keep projects on track and within budget Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree

Strong Communication

Responsible, dependable, quick learner

Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technology

Preferred willingness to relocate nationwide in the US for projects.
