Entry Level Accounting Paraprofessional

A successful candidate would have some general debits/credits knowledge and would enjoy working at the computer pulling together information for clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organize files and collect data to be entered into the computer

Analyze the data for errors and report any problems with the data

Accurately entering information into various computer programs

Keep sensitive client information confidential

QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates Degree in Accounting/Business Administration or 1-2 years of office experience

Exposure to general debits/credits, the banking industry, or processing insurance claims would be helpful
