In this role,

organization that records, verifies and reports our financial results, while
providing key analysis and recommendations to leaders and decision makers.

Primary

Responsibilities:

• Perform financial closing activities including journal
  entries, analysis and reporting
• Analyze financial statements and general ledger accounts
• Prepare and present working papers and accurate support
  documentation
• Participate in special projects and developmental
  opportunities
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Support audit requirements including internal, external
  and compliance audits

Qualifications

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  or Finance is a must, Masters of Accounting or equivalent is ideal.
• Systems:
  Proficiency in Excel, Word, and
  other Office products is key.
• Teamwork:
  You support others without
  being asked for help, are a team player, and know how to win together.
• Curiosity:
  You have a track record of
  proactively identifying potential issues and opportunities through analytical
  thinking and offering meaningful recommendations that address the root cause
  rather than symptoms.
• Judgement:
  You use your professional
  judgement to operate in gray areas and can make and own difficult decisions.
• Organization:
  You prioritize multiple tasks
  while maintaining critical attention to detail to meet and beat required
  deadlines.
• Communication:
  You have strong verbal and
  written skills and can communicate the “so what” message to all levels of an
  organization.
• Certification:
  Certified Public Accountant
  eligible is preferred.
