Enterprise IT Training Specialist (Short-term)

MOJA is seeking an Enterprise IT Training Specialist. In this job you will drive the design of and provide support for a skills-based, training program for an entire career service. You will analyze, design, develop, and evaluate courses to be administered either web-based or instructor led. You will work in an agile environment to develop course designs that engage the learner and give them opportunities for constant application and assessment.

This is a short term position (approximately 4-5 months).

What you must have to qualify (hands on experience with):
1. Minimum 10 years of with curriculum design and development.

2. Designing and building learning solutions for online and instructor led delivery. Experience should include development of new and conversion/redesign of existing materials.

3. Conducting needs assessments.

4. Designing evaluation protocols.

5. Customers and multimedia developers to develop interactive learning solutions utilizing applicable IT software.

6. Developing application driven courses.

7. WBT software, such as Captivate, SharePoint, or other ISD learning tools.

8. Active TS/SCI FS/Poly security clearance.

We’d love it if you also have (demonstrated hands on experience with):

1. Customer HR policies and environment, and experience using e-Learning tools.

2. Working in a collaborative environment while being able to execute tasks with minimal supervision.

3. Working with diverse and senior level customers.

4. Wonducting focus groups.

5. Building partnerships with customers and SMEs from a variety of backgrounds and levels.

6. Utilizing the ADDIE model to design and develop student-centered courses.

7. Utilizing Kirkpatrick’s model to implement evaluation protocols.
