Enterprise Content Management Lead

This Developer Specialist position is for a technical lead and subject matter expert in IBM Enterprise Content Management (ECM), specifically FileNet/P8. This platform is the core document management platform supporting a suite of 70+ Transportation Finance applications. This candidate will direct a team of onshore and offshore software developers in all development activities of content management initiatives. He/She will be the FileNet technical expert w orking alongside the FileNet Product Manager, responsible for pro ject vision, design, completion, and user satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead the team of onshore and offshore FileNet developers in supporting and enhancing existing ECM services across 3 non-prod and 2 production environments.
Work with the ECM Product Manager to provide vision and strategy for the evolution of the ECM platform and technology stack.
Work directly with project teams and IT partners to provide FileNet -based architectural solutions/designs for new functionality per requirements including preparation of project execution plan, effort estimation, build, and delivery.
Document our ECM infrastructure topology, configuration, process flow, and integrations in the form of system component diagrams, system integration diagrams, orchestration diagrams, and architecture diagrams.
Collaborate with Project Management and Infrastructure team in setting up the environments to drive execution.
Facilitate meetings with business users, security, infrastructure and service provider teams to define functional specifications, configuration, and security details.
Implement and configure FileNet SSO with ISAM 9x directory server
Troubleshoot technical issues

Qualifications

Specific Skill Requirements:

5+ years experience and expertise in IBM FileNet 5.2.x
Deep architectural expertise of FileNet Application Engine and Content Platform Engine
Expert knowledge in Workplace, DataCap, Content Navigator, and FileNet worklfows
Design and establishment of the FileNet security model
Experience defining document taxonomies and creating related search templates
Expertise in XML, XSD, XSL, and XPath
Expert Java development skills
Strong understanding of integration technologies such as Web Services, REST, and MQ
Working knowledge of Solaris, Linux, and Windows
Oracle database design and SQL query expertise
Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem solving skills
Detailed oriented in design, development, and analysis
Proven experience leading a distributed development team
Proven experience in installation and configuration of FileNet environment, production support, and DR setup
Hands on experience with WebSphere Application Server 8.5.5 and IHS cluster deployment configuration and SSL setup
Strong work ethic, team player, and positive attitude
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communication to technical, business, and management audiences
