Engineering Technicians

Western Technologies Inc. , one of the largest independent materials testing laboratories and engineering firms in the southwest, has excellent full-time and temporary full-time employment opportunities available in the Albuquerque area. We have both entry level and mid-level Technician positions for the upcoming construction season. You will perform soils, concrete and asphalt testing and inspection. Desired certifications preferred but not required for all position include NMDOT and TD, WAQTC, ACI, or NICET soils, concrete, asphalt and/or masonry. We will provide training and assist you in becoming certified. Good math and written communication skills as well as a strong attention to detail is required. Must be a team player, have a good driving record and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
