Engineer in Training

Title: Engineer Intern – Entry Level

Description: Engineer intern position with tremendous growth potential involving design of transportation structures.

Qualifications: Looking for a highly motivated engineer intern with 0 to 3 years of bridge design experience for our Edmond, OK office. This person must be willing to be able to assume increasing responsibilities as the job requires.

Candidates must possess the following:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering, from an accredited college/university
• E.I.T. Certification
• 0-3 years’ experience in civil engineering

o Exposure to general bridge engineering design is a plus

• Experience with computer applications such as AutoCAD, MicroStation and/or Civil 3D
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to plan, schedule work and complete work assignments within established budgets and timelines
• Strong organizational skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to positively and effectively interact with people in all levels of organizations
• Sound ethical character
• Pass pre-employment substance abuse screening, background screening including previous employment, education, criminal history, and driving record verification.
