Position Specific Description

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm. Some overtime and occasional travel.

About the Position

Responsible for performing technical analysis of customer owned energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies requiring knowledge in electrical or mechanical engineering. Conducts independent studies and analysis, and provides interpretations and conclusions of customer and system impacts of technologies. Provide technology support to product developers and product managers. Provide written reports on technology advancements on periodic basis. May give technical guidance to technicians or lower level engineers.

The top candidate should have strong skills in contract analysis, simulation/modeling, Energy Analysis, and working knowledge of B uilding Simulation Software such as Trane Trace or HAP are a plus. PE and LEED certification preferred. Position may be filled at a lower level. 6 to 8 years of experience preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
