DepartmentWork Description:
Performs all building engineering functions required, including appliancerepair, plumbing, snow removal, painting, equipment moving, etc. HVAC skill setpreferred. Will use technical skills to service, repair, replace and protectthe physical assets of the casinos. Must be able to work safely and effectivelyalone or with others. Work schedule will include weekends and possibly nights. Workschedule will be adjusted to accommodate business demands.

ESSENTIALSDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proactively takesresponsibility and performs engineering maintenance and repair. Uses technicalskills to efficiently service, repair, replace and protect the physical assetsof the casinos.

Monitors allengineering equipment to ensure the safety and comfort of casino customers andemployees.

Responds promptly torequests for engineering assistance.

Maintains cleanequipment and equipment rooms.

Ensures that daily worklogs are accurate and current.

Keeps all equipmentoperating properly.

Snow removal inall areas at all properties.

Develops and maintains a positive relationship with guests and coworkers.

Wears and maintains alluniforms properly.

Maintains a clean andsafe work environment. Uses any necessary safety equipment.

Follows security policiesand procedures. Performs duties in compliance with the Colorado Limited GamingAct.

Performs other dutiesas directed.

Flexible schedulethat includes evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

LanguageSkills:
