As an Electrical Design Technician, you will have the opportunity to work at our client site in Boise, ID. You should be a highly motivated professional with in-depth knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD 2014, have a minimum of 3 years of Electrical design/drafting experience in an industrial facilities environment. Our Electrical Design Technicians:

Design and draft electrical systems for production equipment installations, facility systems installations including chemical and pollution abatement, building remodels, tool installs, and new construction as directed by the Control System Engineers.
Interface with area coordinators, Project Coordinators, Engineering Coordinators, Engineers, and users to provide buildable AutoCAD/Revit drawings for project installations.
Design and draft complete, legible, and accurate working drawings including one-lines, wiring diagrams, electrical details, schedules, etc.
Model equipment, conduit and cable tray in Revit 3D.
Meet all engineering schedules as directed by the Engineering Coordinator and Project Engineers.
Perform Field walks in construction areas as needed to verify existing conditions for electrical equipment.
Provide client focused designs and adapt to client methodologies as needed.
Possess a desire for self- development in technical work and communication.

The minimum qualifications for this position are: • Minimum of 3 years of Electrical design/drafting experience in an industrial facilities environment.
