About This Opportunity:
Collaborate with the customers (internal and extenal) to provide EDI solutions

Serve as a technical SME and Solutions Analyst for EDI integration

Closely work with the IT Operations team, Application teams, Change Management, Release Management and Quality Assurance departments.

Document and write technical procedures.

Configure complex workflows utilizing BPML.

Troubleshoot issue and provide solutions to complex problems within the EDI platform.

Perform root cause analysis activities that resolve significant system issues.

Provide On-Call support for production issues

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the customers (internal and extenal) to provide EDI solutions

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Computer Science or related field, or equivalent IT experience.

5 + years working with EDI concepts.

Experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator

Operations – Installation, cluster configuration, health monitoring, service/adapter configuration, Perimeter Servers, JDBC pool management, Patching

Business Process development – BPML/XML

Mapping (EDI, XML, Delimited, Positional, SQL), Standard and Extended Rules.

Trading Partner/AS2/Envelope configuration

Certificate Management

Code Lists, XSLT

Familiar with typical supply chain X12, EDIFACT, TRADACOMS EDI documents (850, 855, 856, 810, 880, 824, 864, ORDERS, INVOIC, DELHDR, DESADV, etc.)

XML including XPath, DTDs, and XSchema for Data Mapping and Process Models.

EDI Communications (FTP, FTPS, SFTP, HTTP, HTTP/S, AS2, VAN, etc.)

Proficient in Microsoft/T-SQL

one or more scripting language (eg. Python, Powershell)

PGP-encryption, SSH, SSL setup and configuration.

Exhibits a high level of integrity while focusing on exceptional client service and best practices.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
