Education :
2 Year Degree preferred and equivalent of 1-2 years application and MS support experien ce, with EDI experience mandatory .

Skill Set :
Proficient in Microsoft Office Platform, computer software, computer har dware, and information technology . Proven experience in a structured customer support environment, keen attention to detail, and outstanding customer service skills.

Position Profile:
Coordinates with EDI, internal ecommerce team and new trading partners to set up new processes and provide optimal customer service to all users. This position provides daily technical assistance to external and internal users. Provides end user support and customer service on proprietary systems, company supported computer applications & platforms. Provides technical assistance, identifies needs of users, prioritizes workload, and redirects problems to appropriate source.

Job Requirements :Primary Responsibility:Electronic communication and connectivity with customers :
Coordinate with third party EDI and new Trading Partners to set up new processes and provide optimal level of customer service.

Administer all receiving and sending of all EDI documents and perform troubleshoot on all processes to resolve all content issues and map problems.

Manage all EDI service calls and provide technological coordination to resolve all issues and maintain all processes to manage all inbound and outbound data.

Provide technical support to all EDI application and monitor all inquiries for enrollment.

Prepare plans and manage EDI customer implementation to meet EDI requirements of our trading partners.

Coordinate all EDI labeling requirements for product distribution.

Create and manage SOP documentation and training/implementation for these SOP’s.

Secondary Responsibility

Help Desk:
Responsible for coordinating technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware and software.

Utilize help desk software to assign open IT work orders and manage their completion.

Provide documentation of resolutions when possible.

Provide some technical and troubleshooting assistance when possible. If no immediate, research the problem and present resolutions.

Must have outstanding oral/written communication skills and be able to translate technical knowledge or trouble shooting knowledge into action. Create and manage SOP documentation and training/implementation for these SOP’s.

Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

This p osition will work in our beautiful Corp orate offices on the Yellowstone River in Columbus, MT.
