eCommerce Product Manager

$33,280 a year plus bonuses of up to 25% base pay

We are looking for a self-motivated person to add to our team. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in ecommerce managing listings on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other marketplaces. The job also requires attention to detail ensure the best possible customer experience when purchasing from our company.

Chosen candidate must pass drug test and the Homeland Security’s E-Verify for authorization to work in the U.S.

Duties

Accurately recognize product variations and create professional product listings on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
Take pictures of products for new listings. Coordinate photo editing with graphic designer.
Manage orders, inventory, customer communications, returns, etc. from various marketplaces.
Providing customer service and answer customer questions.
Manage inventory reports, make corrections, and prepare product orders as needed.

Requirements

Must have at least 2 years experience listing and managing products on at least one eCommerce platform (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Walmart.com, etc.).
Must live near West Palm Beach and have reliable transportation.
Positive attitude.
Ability to work at a fast pace.
Excellent work ethic. Must be punctual, responsible, dependable, honest, and work well with others.
Works well as a team member to obtain common goals.
A person who can recognize and do what is best for not just our company, but also for our customers.
Intelligent and organized self-starter who can work independently with little direct supervision.
Ability to multi-task, follow instructions, work on a deadline, and be a fast learner.
Good communication skills with a Customer Service orientation.
Must have a high attention to detail.
Ability to learn new things and retain information
English required, but also Spanish is a plus.
Good general computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Internet.

Also Preferred:

Experience with other common e-Commerce software and marketplaces (ShipStation, StitchLabs, Walmart, Jet.com, UPS, ChannelAdvisor, etc.).
Experience with e-Commerce marketing (Google Shopping, Adwords, Amazon, eBay, Facebook, MailChimp, etc.).

Benefits:

· Full Time 40 hours/week.

· Standard start times are 7AM or 8AM M-F, with occasional Saturdays (NEVER Sundays).

· Starting wage: $16/hour = $33.260 / year.

· Annual bonuses for all employees of up to 25% base pay, based on company growth.

· One week paid time off the first year, increases to two weeks after 2-years.

· Six paid holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).
