Ecommerce and Content Manager

Job Description

Here’s the deal: We are looking for a creative, people loving, hard working Marketing Professional. This role will lead our marketing efforts from Customer Acquisition to driving marketing tactics through our Fellows’ community. Every day we will expect you to help us dream big and take care of the people who have committed to growing with Sseko.

In addition to that you will:
Plan and manage Online Editorial and Marketing Calendars

Plan and execute all marketing campaigns by managing and planning assets, communication and strategy

Plan and manage seasonal photo shoots

Work with content creators to create on-brand content for editorial calendar

Manager promotion and incentive calendar for customers, Fellows and Hostesses

Manage and execute all season launches including theme, assets, merchandizing etc

Plan and manage creation of seasonal sales catalogs

Manage and execute online Fellows, Hostess and Customer acquisition and retention

Email marketing

Referral tactics

Brand and partner collaborations, giveaways, and contests

Manage SEM and affiliate platforms

Manage Ecommerce store including:
Uploading and managing categories, product images and copy

Season and sales launches

Merchandising and site content Qualifications

2+ years marketing experience (preferably with Ecommerce focus)

Direct selling experience is preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to take initiative, start and execute on your ideas

Detail oriented

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to extend empathy

Proficient at all Office products

Basic understanding of html preferred

Experience with an Ecommerce platform (Magento a plus, but not required)

Compensation: Base – DOE – PTO, Health Insurance, 401k
