Donor Scheduler – Davenport

A Donor Scheduler, Telerecruiter is needed to support donor operations and is responsible for conducting telephone calls to prospective blood donors from established call lists and donor resource files. The Telerecruiter will schedule donor appointments and maintain accurate donor records. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, friendly and have a demonstrated customer service background. Candidate must be able to maintain confidentiality, work with a variety programs, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. The hours for this position are Monday – Thursday 5:00 pm through 9:00pm and every Sunday 4:00 pm through 9:00 pm.
