District Restaurant/Coffeeshop Manager

Liquid Planet, a Missoula Montana owned beverage and restaurant company since 2003, is seeking an experienced high-level District Manager to help develop and lead our MisSOULa Food and Beverage store operations!

Basic responsibilities of this amazing opportunity includes:

— Oversight of store operations over our multiple Missoula locations

— Working as a key development member of our local company board along with our CEO, COO, Accounting, and Marketing Director

— Management team development and scheduling

— Store level operations management

— Concept development

This is a full-time long-term and hands-on position, perfectly designed for someone with a positive and tenured track record of upper management and/or multi-unit operations experience.

As an awesome and incredibly rare opportunity, not everyone can qualify. We don’t really need to list every requirement considering anyone who truly understands the F&B business will apply knowing the multi-layered talent and experience needed to lead and handle business of this kind. So in general, please have the following experience under your belt:

— At least 5-10 years hands-on Food and Beverage management and leadership experience (multi-unit management experience is not necessary but greatly helps your chances! Specific barista or coffeeshop management experience is not required)

— Full understanding of all operational aspects of an F&B environment, with the ability to oversee and teach P&L controllables management

— Ability to handle all aspects of HR (hiring, training, and promoting)

— Ability to work hands-on with local store staff while also helping develop the Liquid Planet and Liquid Planet Grille concepts including menu development, location development, team training and development, policy and process development, etc..– All of this, and you get to stay home…NO travel out of Missoula required!

MUST be relocating to Missoula and be available for work by approx July1 or close to it.
