Position Overview
Primarily responsible for Customer focused service at the Distribution Center. This is accomplished through expediting deliveries as requested by Customer Service, monitoring scheduled shipping, and providing aid to Customers who come to the RDC. Assist Operations through the administration and reporting of labor and equipment management tools. Helps to create and sustain best practices in the shipping office. Other duties are clerical in nature.
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Creates and updates reports using Excel, Word, and Power Point, as required by DC Manager.
  • Monitors Expedite e-mail box and works with DC Supervisors to insure shipments are made on a timely basis.
  • Monitors shipping reports within SAP to insure all shipments are posted on a daily basis.
  • Creates domestic and export shipping documentation as required.
