Distributed Systems Software Engineer

We are now looking for a Distributed Systems Engineer – Data Center Orchestration :

What you’ll be doing:
Help us build the future of scalable GPU computing! NVIDIA is hiring software engineers to work in our GPU Computing software team. We are looking for exceptional engineers to design and build the tools necessary to ensure seamless GPU integration into the latest cluster and data center environments. The best candidates have strong development skills and extensive experience integrating proprietary and OSS software on the Linux platform. Expertise with data center management technologies is a must, including special focus on containerization, security and orchestration/scheduling frameworks. Applicants must possess strong communication and planning skills and must be able to work well with distributed teams across the company. You will be involved in advanced development of the next generation of world-class supercomputers and energy efficient data centers spanning domains from Deep Learning to Visualization.
What we need to see:
BS or MS in CS or CE
At least 4+ years of relevant systems software development – Outstanding communication and planning skills
Self driven with a focus on execution and quality
Strong academic background in Computer Science or related degree
Excellent development skills with emphasis on C/C++, Java and Python
Strong background on Linux user-space tools development – Extensive expertise in building, using and scheduling Docker containers
Deep familiarity with the Apache Mesos ecosystem Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Strong shell scripting and Linux administration skills
Experience with Scala and Go
Experience with Docker Swarm and Kubernetes ecosystem
Familiarity with AWS deployment infrastructure
Deep understanding of container security
