Director Financial Reporting

Manages the hospital activities concerned with general finance business operations, accounting, statistical reporting and third party reimbursement for Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus (MMCSC). The position is responsible for financial statements, tax returns, budgets, cost and statistical reports and requires that he/she coordinate, prepare and review departmental operating reports and budgets. The Director of Financial Services handles administrative responsibilities in the absence of the Regional AVP

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required; Advanced degree/CPA preferred; minimum five years management/supervisory experience; minimum five years Accounting and/or Finance experience in the healthcare industry; in depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Office suite applications, especially Excel; demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects and tasks concurrently and to change priority of tasks as needed; capable of working collaboratively; consistently meeting deadlines; a self-motivated and proactive attitude towards researching problems and completing assignments; and effective oral and written communication skills.
