Summary
Cox Local Solutions, Oklahoma’s premiere full service digital agency, seeks a motivated, efficient and detail-oriented Digital Media Associate. The Associate is responsible for coordinating sales and marketing efforts to increase revenue. CLS’s collaboration market services 40 sellers among Tulsa TV, Tulsa Radio and Tulsa/Oklahoma City Cable! You will facilitate digital collaboration among the media groups and key client acquisition through internal & external marketing efforts. This includes Hubspot email lead management, local industry networking, social media management, event marketing and specific digital revenue generation initiatives.

What you will be doing (Specific Responsibilities):

Work closely with the Director of Digital to support Key Account Acquisition initiatives, coordinating assets from our available resources
Run social media accounts for CLS’ Twitter, Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn, posting relevant content from Be in the Know Blog, corporate feed and O & O content
Utilize Hubspot for lead generation, client retention, event marketing, CRM
Represent CLS at local industry networking events
Coordinate website updates, marketing materials & track digital leads
Gain and maintain knowledge of all digital ad products
Analyze client marketing goals and develop needs based digital solutions
Oversee multi-media and digital campaigns execution and analysis
Continue to enhance our position as a trusted and preferred digital provider to our clients by providing assistance to AEs in client research, sales presentation material creation and proposal development in alignment with customer needs and goals
Conduct basic industry research, site analytics and reporting to show ROI

Qualifications

What we are looking for (Required Qualifications):

College degree, Marketing, PR, Communications degree preferred
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Work, PowerPoint and Outlook
Customer Service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Analytics insight, continuous improvement and optimization mindset
Strong attention to detail in project managing
Ability to perform in a strategic, independent and exceptional capacity
Demonstrated ability to multitask and work well under deadlines
