Digital Marketing Specialist

The digital marketing firm, Brandography, is seeking an in-house, full-time employee to add to our Search Engine Optimization and strategic digital marketing services. This position will focus on building and executing strong SEO strategy while closely collaborating with our other digital marketing teams.

Job responsibilities will include:

SEO

• Review sites to identify areas of opportunity
• Perform keyword research
• Deploy foundational SEO for both new and existing sites
• Write optimized content for ongoing SEO work
• Develop backlink strategies
• Build quality backlinks to sites
• Assist in making monthly reports for SEO performance
• Keep up with the latest SEO best practices

SEM

• Help identify keyword/audience targets for Search Engine and Social Media Advertising
• Establish and monitor effective Pay-Per-Click ad campaigns
• Establish/set up conversion goals for SEM campaigns
• Review campaign performance and optimize as needed
• Help create detailed KPI reporting on all services
• Execute and monitor technical SEO strategy on an ongoing basis for clients
• Present strategies and reporting metrics to clients
• Research and evaluate digital marketing indicators and status and assist in strategy creation for our clients
• Stay up to date on trends and best practices for digital SEO and content marketing and provide internal recommendations for continual improvement

Account Management Support

• Support our client management team by providing regular project updates
• Work directly with certain clients and partners on SEO/SEM/Content needs

Additionally, responsibilities will include conducting monthly website maintenance including WordPress version and extension updates, applying needed patches, watching version management, and performing regular site backups.

Candidate Qualifications

To be considered for this position, a candidate must have at least three years of experience in executing and monitoring SEO strategy, with a degree in marketing/advertising, creative writing, English, or equivalent experience. Quality assurance experience heavily preferred.
