Digital Marketing Coordinator

Mishimoto is the world leader in aftermarket performance cooling products. Our Digital Marketing team is key in promoting our Push The Limits lifestyle brand. The Digital Marketing Coordinator helps us keep a strong digital footprint by composing and implementing digital marketing campaigns for Mishimoto.

Our Digital Marketing Coordinator understands the importance of shaping the story of a brand and tailoring that story to each generation of consumers. You’ll take the digital marketing tools of the trade, apply them to our potential consumer base, and deliver programs that both increase brand awareness and drive prospects to conversions.

What You’ll Do:
Email Marketing – You will keep our customers informed and drive sales by:

  • Creating and maintaining workflows that distribute new and relevant content.
  • Planning and scheduling email campaigns and maintaining a calendar of mailings.
  • Maintaining user database to ensure optimal content delivery.
  • Brainstorming email titles and copy to increase conversions.
  • Running contests and sales promotions via email marketing.
  • Maintaining the relationship with our email service provider.
  • Collaborating with Creative, Marketing, and Production teams on new email campaign initiatives and timing.
  • Optimizing email performance through A/B testing, personalization, and dynamic email communication.
  • Analyzing campaign results and making recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Implementing strategic testing of content, campaigns, and other variables to increase conversions.
  • Timing things just right. You’ll track and communicate your stellar email marketing metrics for the department.

Digital Advertising: You’ll cater our content to specific customer audiences by:

  • Creating social media campaigns to facilitate marketing needs such as advertising products, contests, and Mishimoto career opportunities and programs.
  • Implementing and maintaining strategic digital marketing campaigns on customer and third party sales channels.
  • Working with strategic digital marketing team to ensure brand consistency and accuracy in campaigns.
  • Executing and monitoring tests (ad copy, landing page, etc.)
  • Presenting recommendations for campaign updates based on performance.
  • The proof is in the numbers. You’ll compile metrics and communicate the results of our advertising efforts to the team.

Website Related Marketing – You’ll keep our customers loyal and increase website revenue by:

  • Implementing strategic global website promotions (coupons, sales, packaged SKUs, etc.) to drive revenue.
  • Collaborating with the Creative department to keep website content relevant and up-to-date.
  • Enhancing user experience on site by updating our website search module(s) as needed.
  • Reviewing and approving customer photo submissions.
  • Ensuring a consistent visual representation of the brand across all websites.
  • Creating perfect product pairings on site to expand user knowledge of our product lines and increase website conversion rate.

Marketing Support – You’ll be a team player and help the marketing team succeed by:

  • Being an all around good guy or gal and giving the marketing team additional support as needed.

Your Creds:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related discipline.
  • 2-5 years’ experience with digital marketing.
  • Computer literate with a basic understanding of web technologies (FTP, browsers).
  • Microsoft Office. You can organize and navigate data in Excel like a champ, and you communicate seamlessly in Outlook.

Extra Credit:

  • Google analytics experience.
  • Bronto email marketing platform experience.
  • Magento e-commerce platform experience.
  • Social media advertising experience.
  • Automotive enthusiasm.
