Digital Marketing Associate

Meurice Garment Care, a growing New York textile care firm, seeks a digital marketing associate to envision and produce promotions in search, social, email and retail channels.You’ll join a dynamic and quick-moving team managing and developing brands in high-end consumer cleaning, commercial linen laundry and fire and water restoration. We’re looking for a well-organized candidate with strong follow-through to take charge of all aspects of our marketing presence and maintain and optimize ongoing campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain web sites
• Work with team to brand and launch new delivery service
• Editing print marketing materials: business cards, flyers, retail and vehicle graphics
• Monitoring local profiles to ensure accuracy and manage online reputation
• Generating social media updates and blog content
• Working with customer service representatives to enhance client communication
• Writing product and service descriptions for optimal search visibility
• Producing email newsletters and maintaining subscriber lists
• Interact with existing customers via text,email and phone to enhance customer experience

Required proficiencies:

• Strong communication skills and understanding of consumer insights
• Proven success engaging an audience through social media: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn and Pinterest
• Working knowledge of Google drive applications
• Thorough understanding of email marketing best practices and A/B testing
• Comfortability in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience in WordPress, CMS, familiarity with basic HTML and CSS
• Fine attention to detail and dedication to reviewing work
