Digital Marketing Associate

The role offers a broad exposure across online marketing operating channels including display, paid social media and SEM. The position offers a unique opportunity to grow your expertise in digital marketing and eCommerce. The role is at the heart of our largest marketing channels, working on campaigns that have 7 figure annual spend budgets and represent a major component of the financial plan for our websites. This position will support the marketing managers by assisting with day to day campaign optimizations, reporting, and analysis of performance.

About the Job:
Support online marketing channels including search, display and paid social media.

Leverage third-party marketing platforms and partnerships to improve on campaign set-up and decision making.

Work with colleagues from merchandising, marketing and creative teams to effectively promote key product stories and promotions.

Maintain daily/weekly reports and understand the key drivers of performance.

Traffic display ads through third-party platforms.

Bidding and monitoring of daily pacing and performance.

Assist in test implementation for all channels.

Execute bulk changes to SEM channels.

Conduct ongoing audits of campaign settings and performance to ensure ongoing accuracy and efficiency.

About You:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Strong analytical skills

Strong Excel skills

Strong organizational skills with an obsession to detail and quality

Exceptional work ethic and proven ability to overcome obstacles to deliver results

Self-starter and willing to work in an ambitious but fun environment

Ability to prioritize and multi-task, work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Knowledge of web analytics a plus
