Digital Designer

This role works closely with Creative Directors to develop and produce high quality digital creative solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Concept and design top-level creative content
Acquire and work with developers when required to complete digital projects
Guide and direct Digital Production Artists on projects and initiatives
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting all deliverable deadlines
Work cross functionally with Production, Account Management and Strategic Planning to ensure Clients business objectives and goals are met

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in design-related discipline
5+ years of industry experience in digital design and brand development, retail experience is a plus
2+ years of print design experience
Experience with developing all aspects of digital content including website design, social media ( Pinterest, Facebook and Instagram ), static and animated web banner campaigns and email campaigns
Possess a strong portfolio of creative that demonstrates originality, innovation and problem solving
Well-versed in user-centered design methods, techniques, and industry standards
Proficient to expert in: Adobe Creative Suite, Powerpoint and Keynote
Basic knowledge of HTML is a benefit along with After Effects
Client-facing experience and strong presentation skills
Excellent analytical and process-oriented skills
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Ability to gracefully handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with a passionate attitude
