Digital Campaign Strategist

The Digital Campaign Strategist works as part of the web marketing team to create and implement digital marketing campaigns and help drive the digital campaign strategy for the UVA Health System. This role works with internal employees as well as external vendors to set up, implement and optimize campaigns. The role will utilize developed skills regarding web sites, web technologies, video, SEM, SEO, mobile, display and social media.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Plan and oversee digital advertising and promotional activities across a variety of platforms, including video, display, social and search.

2. Collaborate with team members in the creation of campaign assets including design, copy, and interactive components.

3. Optimize performance using various forms of testing and analytics.

4. Implement improvements and recommendations.

5. Perform all campaign reporting and aggregate reports from other areas and vendors.

6. Work with health system stakeholders to determine needs and strategy.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.

Experience: 5 years professional experience required. Experience executing SEM, mobile, display and social campaigns preferred. Experience managing projects preferred. Experience in a marketing role within a health care environment preferred.

Proficient oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, leadership, creativity, integrity and innovative problem solver; Ability to work effectively with a variety of individuals (different levels); Active social media participant.
