This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with a solid background in DevOps to be part of a dynamic development team providing customer solutions in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will be responsible for direction around security product evaluation, implementation and integration into the CI/CD Pipeline, maintain a monitoring solution that supports infrastructure and application logs, development of Quality Gates in the CI/CD Pipeline to prevent leakage of security defects and processes that produce artifacts that support security and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of Operations engineers and driving engineering excellence.

Help implement a CI/CD strategy to incorporate the entire product development lifecycle as well as the continual evolution of cross functional collaboration, associated best practices, and standards

Work within the team of DevOps Engineers focused primarily on delivering technical solutions for improving the overall quality of product build, deployments, monitoring and alerting, with emphasis on non-functional requirements (standards, resilience, stability, scalability, security etc.)

Work on ongoing R&D effort into tools, processes, and people to further enhance DevOps capabilities

Provides technical expertise in systems, technical infrastructure, tools, modeling, external interfaces, and other technical areas. Completes complex development, design, implementation, architecture design specification, and maintenance activities.

Maintain cloud infrastructure architecture aligning security, compliance, performance and resilience with cost.

Maintain a good understanding on the latest secure development practices and tools that help increase awareness around secure code practices

Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures, especially those for quality and productivity standards that enable the team to meet established client service levels.

Develop and maintain Information Security policies and procedures, and verifies deliverables meet Information Security requirements

Drive corrective actions to improve software development processes

YOU MUST HAVE

BS or MS degree in a technical discipline or related work experience

10+ years prior experience in role

Experience working within in a Warehouse Distribution Center will be preferred

Experience and understanding of security principles, policies, and procedures.

Software development lifecycle, standard concepts, practices, and procedures for developing and testing business applications in a complex and dynamic operations environment.

Experience in Portfolio management, CI and CD tools in market (E.g., Jenkins, Bamboo, TeamCity)

Experience in strategizing and implementing DevOps, Application Lifecycle Management and Agile Solutions in large Enterprises

Strong understanding of DevOps concepts, tools, workflows and best Practices Extensive experience with Agile / Scrum and related frameworks

Must have Experience in Infrastructure Automation and containerization using Kubernetes and Docker.

Experience of configuration management tools Ansible, Chef or puppet

Experience in monitoring solutions (Splunk, App Dynamics)

Knowledge of application servers recommended (JBoss, WebSphere, Tomcat)

Artifact Repository experience required, JFrog recommended

Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills a plus.

Understanding of latest trends in DevOps methodologies, processes and tools, as well as emerging solutions and ability to apply them when appropriate

Ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to establish rapport and communicate with people at all levels of an organization

Ability to adapt and willingness to learn new technology or techniques
