We are looking for an exceptional DevOps Coach to work with our cross-functional team, and join our world-class community of talented experts. Core to this need are expertise in:

  • Solid experience working as DevOps engineer
  • Previous experience as SCRUM Master, Agile Coach or similar
  • Previous experience working for projects with international companies
  • AWS experience is a plus
  • Able to understand End-to-End DevOps strategy
  • Willing to challenge teams on their current practices in order to pursue best practice models
  • Solid communication and influence skills


    • Ideally you will also have:

  • At least 3-4 years in DevOps Coaching and Execution/Implementation experience
  • Overall 10 years of DevOps experience
  • Should be able to coach and support the agile teams in establishing the CI/CD practices and tools
  • Should have hands-on experience in delivering projects on CI/CD pipelines
  • Should be able to mentor the project teams for implementing DevOps practices.
  • Continuously measure and report the progress of teams and organizational units in meeting their goals
  • Should be able to conduct workshops on DevOps related topics.
  • Should have experience in improving the application development processes.
  • Should have conceptual knowledge on application architecture
