Developer

Actively participate in the software development lifecycle to design, implement, document, and maintain enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement enterprise application software primarily using Microsoft .NET and related technologies
• Work closely with our Project Management and Business Analyst groups to refine and understand business requirements
• Maintain and enhance existing systems architecture to meet business needs
• Debug, unit test, support, and document processes and procedures
• Participate as Tier 2 production support to resolve issues reported to the IT Service Desk
• Perform code reviews and create unit tests with other members of Development
• Utilize monitoring and error reporting services to minimize downtime events
• Share ownership for development processes and participate in a periodic on-call rotation
• Deliver solutions which meet or exceed criteria required by Federal regulation, specifically concerning PCI standards
• Assist in the evaluation of new technologies to maintain our competitive edge as a leading financial services provider
• May need to mentor or train others
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Education/Experience:

• An associate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of training and experience

• A minimum of 1-3 years related application development experience
  

Other Qualifications:

• Strong working knowledge of project lifecycle methodologies
• A background in Microsoft .NET, C# in particular, and Microsoft SQL Server/T-SQL are required
