We’re looking for someone to join our team as a Desktop Support Technician who:
Provides application support to employees. Maintains personal computers and related hardware. Assists Network Engineers with installation of software and hardware.


Essential Functions:

  • Performs computer system maintenance, repairs, and installations.
  • Monitors and controls computer equipment by operating the central console or an online monitor.
  • Monitors hardware systems using operating systems utilities.
  • Provides user support, training, and education.
  • Ensures prompt, professional, and courteous response to requestors of computer services.
  • Assists end users with problems and requests for information and equipment specifications.
  • Installs and implements personal and network computer equipment.
  • Maintains service level agreements with various end-user departments and enterprise business units.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
You’ll be successful with the following qualifications:

Education:
High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
Associate’s / Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred

Required Licenses/Certifications:
Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) – Infrastructure and Desktop: Preferred
Dell certification: Preferred
A+ certification: Preferred
