Designer

Responsibilities:
Demonstrate the ability to create innovative designs while adhering Client’s brand visual identities in all design executions

Demonstrate a broad range of visualization formats (from hand sketches to white models to realistic renderings)

Are a leader in a brainstorm process and possess rapid conceptualization skills

Enjoy immersing yourself in the clients’ brand, culture, products, and marketing objectives

Think conceptually and realistically; owning a project from start to finish (sketch phase to physical build)

Have a strong knowledge of fabrication, technologies, materials, building techniques and event production methods

Finger on the pulse with current trends in experiential technology and constantly seeking new and innovative marketing ideas to add agency value to our clients

Work within tight deadlines and on multiple projects

Have superior communication and design skills

Willing to learn and change

Be presenting and articulating the rationale and merits of your creative work face-to-face to all internal and external stakeholders

Proactive with ideas and creative solutions

Team player and providing support for other team members as required

You will serve as the visual brand steward

A good/advanced working knowledge of the MS Office Suite

Adaptability–to situations and ever changing demands

A calm and flexible approach to handling pressure and stress

Well versed and engaged in Social Media Apps.

Requirements:
Preferably studied at a Design School.

College degree, or degree. Great Fits: Degrees in Graphic Design, Art Direction, Fine Arts, and Film.

Fluent in Vectorworks/Artlantis (preferable) or 3Dmax & Autocad, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, SketchUp, Keynote, Powerpoint and/or other design programs
