Designer

Barbarian is looking for a Designer, with an impeccable attention to detail, to help the design execution for one of the agencies largest brands.

Can you..

• Develop and lead design for various projects simultaneously
• Create innovative design directions on projects
• Manage and mentor junior designers
• Collaborate with producers and account management to ensure client deliverables are met
• Present design ideas clearly and effectively with the proper rationale
• Guide designers to ensure that client requests are met and up to standard on a daily basis, and oversee all production work for this client
• Ability to work with developers to ensure tangibility of designs
• Able to work in a fast pace environment, stay organized and to keep a team motivated
• Proactively identify opportunities for new executions and designs

Do you have…

• 3+ years of agency experience
• 2+ years of experience working in a digital environment
• Experience in guiding junior designers
• Expert in Sketch, Invision, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign
• Solid Understanding of HTML/CSS
• Experience working on E-commerce
• Responsive design, web design experience
• Background in production and creation of style guides a plus
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively a must
• Must be a problem solver
• Understanding of Content Management Systems a plus
• Video editing skills a plus
