Who You Are…

You are a creative and curious storyteller. You think critically, generate innovative ideas, and challenge yourself and others throughout a project. You can design thoughtful reports and presentations, infographic materials, motion graphics, site design, and other deliverables based on key analytical research findings. You have a passion for design and telling amazing stories. You are Hungry for Better.

What You Will Do…

Translate content into visually appealing stories with simple and clean design

Develop engaging creative output ranging from custom projects to full research reports and deliverables

Manage time effectively, balance several projects simultaneously, and work within tight time constraints

Provide thoughtful contributions to project design from a research and real world perspective

Be able to be self-critical and provide feedback to others throughout the course of a project

Attentive to detail, but also capable of seeing the big picture as you will be involved in more than just design

Creatives report to a Strategist, and Creative Director and work closely with team members, partners and clients, and are key players in the total project

What’s In Your Toolbox…

Minimum 3-5 years professional work experience

Must have an impressive online portfolio

Minimum BA or BS degree, preferably within the digital arts or related field

Comfortable with concepting, taking numbers/data and translating it into easily digestible visuals

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator. Premiere, Muse & Microsoft PowerPoint a plus

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Comfortable collaborating with people at all levels of an organization

Proven ability to work on multiple projects, prioritization skills

Command of layouts, typography and color

Experience in the market research industry a plus

Understanding of research design fundamentals a plus

Experience with shooting and editing video a plus
