Demand Planning and Logistics Manager

Tot Tutors, a Humble Crew company, is a leading manufacturer of children’s furniture and storage solutions. We are looking for an innovative and forward-thinking individual with expertise in demand planning, inventory control, eCommerce fulfillment and logistics.

Tot Tutors is a small, but fast-growing company that sells products to mass retailers like Walmart, Target, Toys R Us, and Amazon. We are an entrepreneurial business focused on growth and we are looking for a tech-savvy, analytical individual who will work hard, creatively solve problems, and enthusiastically take on many responsibilities. We have offices in Boca Raton, Florida and Englewood, New Jersey. This is a full-time position in our Englewood office.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the demand/supply forecast process and clearly communicate recommendations for next steps
• Work with sales and finance on forecasting, production planning, and inventory management
• Spearhead the strategic initiative to develop new analytical models for forecasting to improve in-stock rates.
• Seek new 3PLs and modes of delivering products to eCommerce customers
• Responsible for managing all decisions related to fulfillment, distribution from our 3PLs, and dropship
• Drive innovation, grow our business, find new technologies, platforms, and third parties to help reduce costs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or MBA
• 4+ years of experience with a variety of EDI systems
• Extensive experience with dropship to customers, distribution, and supply chain
• Strong understanding of 3PLs and fulfillment
