Debt Collector

Norcross area law firm seeks experienced collections professional for part-time position. Must work from our office, 20-25 hours per week with flexible schedule. Compensation to $15 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate settlement of account balances
• Update account status records and collection efforts
• Performance of Skip Tracing duties
• Develop positive relationships and goodwill with customers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional phone demeanor
• Patience
• Problem solving skills
• Must be organized and maintain attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills
• High school diploma
• Satisfactory background investigation
