Dealer Marketing Specialist

Tasks

• Develop and manage Porsche Dealer Marketing Services (PDMS) programs, in coordination with agency and within Porsche Corporate Identity (CI) guidelines.
• Manage, maintain, and continuously improve creative assets and processes including: PDMS Website, advertising templates, image vault, co-op administration and the Dealer Marketing Materials website (an online dealer interface where Porsche dealers can purchase all associated retail marketing collateral).
• Facilitate local dealer involvement and develop co-op reimbursable materials to support national sponsorships, (e.g. driving events, auto shows, regional golf events, etc.) in conjunction with Area Marketing Managers, PDMS Field Representatives, and PCNA Regional Managers.
• Develop, implement, and maintain and co-branding of customer retention activities and AfterSales marketing programs (e.g. Pure Porsche Service Clinics and the Porsche AfterSales Customer Engagement (PACE) program).
• Provide PDMS support & guidance (e.g. CI guidelines, ad layout, promotional activities, etc…) for PCNA dealers and field as required, by coordinating with PDMS field representatives.
• Act as “Sales Round” process owner within PCNA. Create and produce dealer launch kits including: sales round showroom materials, national advertising and communications materials, and dealer launch event concepts.
• Procure, schedule and facilitate all distributions and updates of dealer point-of-sale materials, such as showroom images and showroom display systems via PAG or outside suppliers, including new vehicle color & trim updates, showroom hanging graphics, DVDs, posters, etc.
