We are seeking a Data Scientist in our Minnetonka, MN office. The Data Scientist will help develop and implement new technologies, create data driven insights/solutions that influence the decision making process and act as a subject matter expert in multiple areas of the platform and/or business. The Data Scientist will be a primary driver of projects within the larger team, ensure goals and deadlines are met, and collaborate with leaders in various departments.

What You’ll Do:

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Related field

• 2+ years of experience in Data Sciences

• Very strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrates solid oral and written communication skills

• Proven ability to organize/project manage, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks/assignments simultaneously

• Proficiency in computer programming using technologies and languages like C#, Java, R, Python, Scala or related

• Knowledge of relational databases, multi-dimensional and NoSQL concepts with ability to perform complex queries and ETL processing for analysis.
