Position: Data Entry Operator III

Contract: 11-12 Months

Location: 3000 Grandview Blvd Waukesha WI 53188

Qualifications:

focus on finding someone with strong aptitude for technical skills (someone aspiring to grow in an IT position would be ideal, such as recent grad in IT or math).

Strong technical skills with computer systems will be required, as this is a cloud based interface we’re working with. I’m not sure if there is a better way to say “must be tech savvy”? —

Data Specialist Bachelor’s Degree minimum, Prefer recent grad or entry candidate with strong technical background (such as data science, math, engineering, life sciences, etc.) and aptitude for computer systems.

Basic Skills * Strong technical skills with electronic data entry, preferably with database systems (such as Oracle, EHR/EMR systems, etc.) * Medical or clinical records exposure, or clinical credential (RN, CNA, technologist, etc.) * Strong writing skills (reports, meeting minutes, etc.) in MS Word, including working with styles and tables * Ability to work onsite in WI * Ability to work with teams in a quality environment * Motivated to learn and understand technical requirements of complex records systems
