DESCRIPTION :

We are a fast-growing Professional Legal, Tax and Accounting firm offering services to clients around the country. We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk for our Payment Processing Department.

Starting salary is $12.00 per hour. Full benefits, including health, dental, vision and 401k are offered.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS :

• Typing speed of 40+ wpm
• 1-2 years of data entry and payment processing experience required
• Excellent mathematical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize work and complete duties accurately and timely
• Ability to work independently, without direct supervision
• Work hours are 8-5, but must be willing to work overtime as needed

JOB DUTIES :

The job duties for the Data Entry Clerk position include, but are not limited to:

• Transferring data from various documents into computer files or database systems
• Creating spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
• Verifying accuracy of information
• Payment processing
• Document upload and labeling
• All other duties that may be assigned from time to time by management
